As you apply for admission, you’re automatically considered for these scholarships, designed specifically for those fresh from high schools outside Canada, eager to dive into undergraduate studies.

Requirements

For eligibility to the International Special Entrance Scholarship at the University of Winnipeg, international students must:Achieve an academic record equivalent to a Canadian 85% average, based on your Grade 12 courses. The university’s International Credential Evaluators will handle the conversion of grades.
Have no prior attendance at another post-secondary institution, except for dual credit high school courses.
Submit your admission application to UWinnipeg within six months after graduating from high school.
Commit to registering and maintaining full-time status throughout the academic year.
Be eligible to receive only one entrance award from the University of Winnipeg.
Note that this scholarship is not combinable with the President’s Scholarship for World Leaders.
