Scholarship Details

The Durham University Hatfield Lioness Scholarship provides funding to cover the full payment of university tuition fees, a stipend for living expenses, flight and visa costs, and accommodation at Hatfield College.

The Hatfield Lioness Scholarship aims to enable a female student from a developing country with limited access to tertiary education to benefit from postgraduate study at Durham University.

Fully Funded Hatfield Lioness Scholarship at Durham University Requirements

To be eligible for the Chatham House Mo Ibrahim Fellowship Scholarship, applicants must:By June 2025, applicants must have applied for and been offered an unconditional place on their chosen master’s programme.
Applicants must not receive any other scholarship to fund their postgraduate studies.
Applicants must be female.
Applicants must be nationals of a developing country, as stated on the application page.

Applicants should:hold a relevant honours degree of sufficient standard to be admitted to your chosen Master’s course and
have all other course entry requirements, including the relevant English language qualification;
not hold a Master’s degree; and
not otherwise have the financial means to study for a Master’s degree in the UK.
